1. Program Description

The Manatee Central Tenant SMS program is operated by Manatee Central LLC ("Manatee Central," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to receive informational and transactional text messages about leasing, rent, maintenance scheduling, and related property communications for tenants and rental prospects of Manatee Central. Messages are sent from program phone +1 (859) 710-8136. Our office line, (941) 269-6861, is available for support.

2. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, such as active maintenance requests, lease matters, or rental inquiries. Msg & data rates may apply — check with your mobile carrier for details on any charges.

3. Opt-In

You opt in to the Manatee Central Tenant SMS program by providing your mobile number and consenting verbally with our staff, or through other consent methods we offer when you inquire about or lease space at Manatee Central. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.

4. Opt-Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Just reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will receive no further program messages unless you opt in again.

6. Supported Carriers and Delivery

Messages are delivered through participating wireless carriers. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered on all carriers, networks, or devices, or that they will be delivered without delay. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and other factors outside our control.

7. Eligibility and Consent

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll it in this program. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to opt in, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

8. Privacy

Your use of the SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information, including information collected through text messaging.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify or replace these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
